Claude-first workflow automation

Deploy safe AI agents into real workflows.

We help SMEs and mid-market teams in Belgium and the Netherlands automate operations, websites, reporting, and repetitive digital work — with human approval, clear guardrails, and measurable ROI.

Before and after workflow automation — from manual chaos to clean operations
The problem

Your team doesn't need more AI demos.

They need one painful workflow automated, with clear human control, on a fast path from experiment to production.

Hours lost to repetitive work

Product updates, reports, document prep, CRM cleanup, translations — all done manually, every week.

AI pilots that stall

Experiments never go live because ownership, testing, and rollout are unclear.

Security and compliance feel fuzzy

Permissions, data access, and accountability stop promising ideas before launch.

Example workflows

Start with workflows that save time fast.

The best first wins are narrow, visible, and easy to measure.

How we work

Fast pilots. Clear control.

We keep the first version narrow so you see value quickly without losing control.

1

Find the workflow

Identify one painful, repeated process with clear business value and realistic data access.

2

Build the pilot

Automate a controlled slice using Claude-first agent systems and your existing tools.

3

Add guardrails

Define approvals, permissions, staging, and checks before anything touches production.

4

Measure and scale

Track time saved, cycle time, quality, and adoption — expand only what works.

Security & control

Automation without chaos.

Not "let the bot do anything." Structured automation with explicit control at every step.

Human approval before sensitive actions
Least-privilege access
Staging before production
Clear workflow ownership
Reusable playbooks and rules
Team training included

Built on Claude Code with API/MCP-first architecture, permission-based execution, filesystem and network sandboxing, and full audit logs. Every workflow runs with the minimum access required.

What a first pilot looks like.

Product catalog update workflow for an e-commerce distributor.

Before

Manual process

4.5h per supplier update
  • Open supplier spreadsheet, check each row
  • Write product titles and descriptions by hand
  • Assign categories and metadata manually
  • Copy-paste into CMS, format, preview, publish
  • Translate to second language manually
After

Agent workflow

25min per supplier update

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you only work with Claude?
Claude is our main implementation layer for agent-driven workflow delivery. We design around your existing stack and keep the architecture integration-friendly — if your systems expose APIs, files, or standard connectors, we can work with them.
Can this work with our current systems?
Usually yes, especially when there are APIs, spreadsheets, forms, or standard software connectors. We validate compatibility during the discovery call — no commitment needed before we confirm fit.
Do you replace people?
No. The goal is to remove repetitive work, improve speed, and let your team focus on judgment, customer work, and higher-value decisions. The human stays in the loop.
What about security and compliance?
We build with explicit approvals, controlled permissions, and workflow ownership. Every agent runs with least-privilege access in a sandboxed environment. For sector-specific compliance, we work with your internal stakeholders.
How fast can we start?
A discovery call takes 45 minutes. If there's a fit, a pilot sprint starts within 1–2 weeks and delivers a working automation in 2–4 weeks total.
What does it cost?
Workshops and pilot sprints are fixed-scope, fixed-price. Agent Ops retainers are monthly. We'll share pricing during the discovery call based on your specific workflow scope.

Let's find one workflow worth automating.

The fastest way to start is not a giant AI roadmap. It's one workflow, one owner, one pilot, and one measurable result.
